David Gómez, a passionate artisan and the heart of Palo Santo Taller, based in Quito, Ecuador. David now leads the workshop that he started alongside his brother, Juan Gómez, who entrusted the workshop to him to pursue other ventures. Today, David carries forward Palo Santo’s vision, crafting unique ceramics using techniques like hand building jiggering, and slip casting.

DELIVERY & RETURNS
Shipping: Expect your order to dispatch within 7 - 10 days of your order. During busy periods, this may take a bit longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you.
Damages: If your ceramic arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
Product Variations: Our ceramics are made in batches, so sizes and finishes may differ. Check the product details before purchasing to ensure it meets your expectations.
Issues: Should you have any concerns with your order, reach out to us by email to work towards a solution.
Returns: If you need to return an item, email us for the address. You're responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in a resalable condition or a refund cannot be issued. Please pack returns carefully.
